Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds may be handled for Talentfunded simulated evaluation account purchases.
General refund position
Fees paid to Talent funded LLC are for access to simulated evaluation services and related account workflows. They are not deposits, investments, or purchases of financial products.
Before account access
If you purchased by mistake and have not received account access, started the evaluation, or used related services, contact support as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.
After account access
Once account credentials, evaluation access, or platform services have been issued, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed in writing by Talent funded LLC.
Rule violations
No refund is due where an account is breached, suspended, or closed because of rule violations, identity issues, abuse, chargebacks, prohibited activity, or misuse of the platform.
Processing time
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the original payment method, processor, and bank timelines.
